Refund & Return Policy

Custom-manufactured goods

RAIN RFID inlays and tags are produced to order against your specifications (chip, antenna, artwork, encoding). Once a production order has been accepted, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable.

Defective or non-conforming units

If shipped units fail to meet the agreed ARC certification profile or published specifications, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We will replace or credit any verified defective units after a QA review.

How to file a claim

  1. Email support@mvprfid.com with your order number, photos, and a sample of the failure mode.
  2. We will issue an RMA within 3 business days.
  3. Return shipping for verified defects is paid by MVP RFID.
  4. Replacement units ship within 10 business days of RMA receipt, subject to manufacturing slot availability.

Shipping damage

Report visible shipping damage within 5 business days of delivery, with photos of the packaging and units. Claims filed later may be limited by the carrier's terms.

Refund timing

Approved monetary refunds are credited to the original payment method within 10 business days of approval.
