Terms of Service — MVP RFID

1. Acceptance

By creating an account or placing an order on this platform, you agree to these Terms of Service on behalf of yourself and any organization you represent.

2. Orders & pricing

All orders are quotations until confirmed in writing by MVP RFID. Prices reflect current input costs and are subject to change prior to acceptance. Minimum order quantities and lead times apply per SKU.

3. Payment

Payment terms are stated on each invoice. Late payments accrue interest at the lesser of 1.5% per month or the maximum permitted by law. Title transfers upon full payment.

4. Delivery & risk

Unless otherwise agreed, deliveries are made FCA (Incoterms 2020) from the manufacturing facility. Risk of loss passes to the buyer upon handoff to the carrier.

5. Warranties

Products are warranted to meet the agreed ARC certification profile and published specifications. No other warranty, express or implied, is provided.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MVP RFID's aggregate liability is limited to the amount paid for the units giving rise to the claim. Neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, USA. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Wilmington, Delaware.
